Our Journey
In 1951, the Rhodes Companies narrative began when visionary entrepreneur Thomas (TL) Rhodes Sr. strategically established the first Rhodes fuel station along major North-South routes. Molded by experiences as a wounded WWII warrior, TL built what grew into the Southeast's largest family-owned truck stop operation.

Driven by his father's legacy and his own military background, Dusty Rhodes founded Rhodes Graduation. This venture, centered on celebrating hard work and accomplishment, gained national recognition, becoming the largest of its kind in the U.S., all while upholding a steadfast commitment to excellence and American pride.
Throughout the generations and across different sectors, Rhodes Companies has consistently been involved in real estate development. Notable projects in Florida and various South Carolina cities underscore a diverse real estate portfolio, each asset contributing positively to its community.
